Founder / CEO




Gökhan ACAR has an undergraduate degree in Economics, MBA degree in Marketing and Finance and worked as a senior-level manager in Arçelik A.Ş. BEKO Poland S.A., Sunbelt, NBB Advisors. In 2015, he has established corporate financing company IF & PARTNERS and in 2017, he has established VALURA. Gökhan ACAR offers training and seminars to KOSGEB, businessmen associations, commercial and industrial chambers on company value increasing, preparation for sales and company marriages.

Köksal Başar
CTO




Köksal Başar has undergraduate degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration. In 1981, with the computer technologies he met, he put his signature under major and pioneering projects for the military and civilian sectors in his career. Başar worked as vice general director for business development and technology investments in Tekin Acar Cosmetics, MM Group companies and he is responsible for cloud-based software algorithm design and application of VALURA.

Hakan Balcı is graduated from the engineering department. During his career, he worked as Senior Financial Consultant, Euro-Engineer / MBA, Member of Board, General Director and Technical Manager in different companies. Balcı has extensive knowledge in different sectors and disciplines including construction, information technologies, human resources, M&A and since 2017, he is offering support to German companies for financial evaluation, company valuation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Undergraduate at the Faculty of Economic-Administrative Sciences and graduate from Faculty of Law, Justice Yılmaz, experienced her career in the hospitality sector by serving in Aviation - air cargo/ticketing, Hotel, and travel to advanced into mid-management positions.
